Kidspace, the Children's Ministry area at WeatherStone Church, is a safe, exciting, and fun environment for children to grow in their knowledge of God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Our emphasis is to partner with parents to help children develop a personal and real relationship with Jesus and a desire to serve Him each and every day.

Crawlers
Birth up to 2 years

In the 'Crawlers' classroom, we strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment as we begin to introduce the children to who Jesus is and what He wants them to be. We want to make a lasting impression on the heart of each child.

Walkers
2 & 3 years

The 'Walkers' classroom is where children begin to establish a foundation based in God's Word. We seek to do this by using lessons from the Bible, which will help children to develop Biblically based boundaries and connections.

Rockets
K4 thru Kindergarten

The 'Rockets' classroom is where children begin to see how God is intertwined in every aspect of their lives. Through hands on experience, they will learn about God's role in the Bible and how He is still active today.

Explorers
1st thru 5th grade

While in 'Explorers', children will begin to establish a Biblical world view that will prepare them for the rest of their lives. Through small groups and review games, children learn how to strengthen and defend their faith.

Junior Bible Quiz (JBQ) was created and designed to help children develop a love for the Bible and an understanding that its truth can guide their lives daily. Junior Bible Quiz offers a fun, exciting way to motivate children to understand the all-important truths in God’s Word. Through cooperative learning, children work together on teams to learn and understand the questions and answers from the Bible Fact-Pak. Then using cooperative competition the children meet with other teams for a fun quizzing match. There are twenty questions in a match, with two teams of quizzers trying to beat each other to the buzzers to get the first shot at the answers. It has been said that JBQ is the fastest growing discipleship program in children’s ministry.

'Bright Lights' is the Children's Creative Ministry of WeatherStone Church. Children must be in 1st - 6th grade to participate. This group will meet every Sunday morning at 8:45am in Room 16.
