Due to the conditions in Romania, it is vital to have a comprehensive plan that not only focuses on saving souls, but also on ministering to obvious physical needs. They also need to know that there is a God who loves them deeply and who has a purpose for their lives; but spiritual darkness prevails amidst the extreme poverty and lack of purpose.

Dennis Petrick
Dennis Petrick moved to Romania in January 2010 to serve with Outstretched Hands for two years. Dennis holds an administrative role as Brad Hayes' personal assistant as well as doing such things as helping prepare website information and other multimedia work, creating documents, helping with presentations and developing team schedules... a lot of detail oriented activities. In addition, Dennis is involved with the soccer ministry, church planting and relationship building in the village of Chiselet.
